A streetcar?? On Columbia Pike?!?
Wow! How the $%&# did I not hear about this before? I don’t read deep into the WaPo Metro section, but you’d think at some point that would have been worth a story on B1, above the fold.
And it looks like they’re envisioning dense development along the Pike, which is what it takes to create a walkable environment when you get out at your stop.
Sounds like they’ve got a good idea here.

I got some better pr0n for you: thousands sitting around with their thumbs up their a**es while “the man” tries to get his act together.
At least the gridlock crowd can take a side street somewhere. Yet one tree takes the whole Orange Line down. FAIL.
