The last thing I need to do here is make a habit of pointing out every ridiculous thing Jason Cherkis writes. I couldn’t let this one go, though:

The neighborhood surrounding the ballpark hasn’t changed all that much. It’s still mechanic shops and liquor stores.

Right. I’m beginning to think that the only time they let Cherkis out of the CP office is for a daily drive around Columbia Heights, the better to see how bad traffic has gotten. And, god willing, to get spat upon by Matthew Borlik.
